I'm Sarah Daley, Realtor and Designer.

 

I grew up in Pawling, New York which is a suburb about an hour North of NYC. This was a small town with a lot of "weekenders" and celebrities. Always fun to see James Earl Jones at the grocery store!

 

My admiration for design began at eight years, my neighbors were artists and Mr. Denhoff taught me how to paint landscapes and portraits . I remember loving the style of their furniture and all their artwork. I didn't know then but know now that it was a Mid Century Modern style.

 

Real Estate came naturally to me because my mother has been an agent for over 30 years. Although, when I was a teenager talking on the phone to my best friend I didn't appreciate the late night phone calls from my mother's clients that had to end my conversation!

 

I have lived in Atlanta since 2009 throughout the city and suburbs. It was amazing to see how quickly the city was growing and I decided to get my real estate license in 2015.

 

My favorite parts of the job are helping a Seller prepare their home for the market and helping a Buyer see the potential in a home. I love working with clients from the Northeast, teaching them the ropes of the South, recommending restaurants, hair salons, dry cleaners etc.

 

I currently live in Milton with my husband and two daughters. We also have a Goldendoodle named, Max. Milton immediately became our favorite area of Atlanta because it reminds us of home!
